Sainsburys Hitchin

New build store on an existing car park under a JCT ICD 2016. Our works comprised piled foundations, suspended beam and block floors, traditional brick and block walls with tiled roofing ready for fit out by others. Externally we carried out all the civils to increase car parking spaces and offsite access including S278 works and S50 works. The drainage incorporated stormwater attenuation crates and was pumped to maintain adequate flows into the mains sewers.
