McD & Costa Ilminster
Phase 1 comprised the construction of a traditional new build Costa Coffee drive thru restaurant. Completed in 2020.
Following the end of the Covid 19 Pandemic Phase 2 was completed later in 2023. This consisted of the construction of the new McDonalds drive thru restaurant and changes to the roads infrastructure onto the development.
